taking the first step
I am going to start following the weight watchers point plan, well I have been following it for a week and weigh in tomorrow. I will be joining after the holidays. I am excited I personally have seen a lot of success with this program with people I know.
I feel good about taking the first step, making the change and starting this journey
I weighed in last week at 237 and fingers crossed will be down tomorrow
I am writting everything down and that is an eye opener

Good luck with your weight loss. I did WW about 10 years ago and was very successful until I developed gall stones and gall bladder trouble.WW does not seem to work anymore for me so I am doing calorie counting,,,1200 a day. It is working IF I drink 60 oz of water a day. I have lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks. WhoooPeeee!
