taking the first step

I am going to start following the weight watchers point plan, well I have been following it for a week and weigh in tomorrow. I will be joining after the holidays. I am excited I personally have seen a lot of success with this program with people I know.

I feel good about taking the first step, making the change and starting this journey

I weighed in last week at 237 and fingers crossed will be down tomorrow

I am writting everything down and that is an eye opener

Sunday Paper Day

Today is Sunday and I am going to go to the store and get 2 papers this week for coupons and then I am going to ask my local store if before the paper company comes to get the unsold papers if I can have some of the left over inserts. Hopefully it won't be a problem
